Résumé: ملخص: لقد تم التطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة للإطار ألمفاهيمي للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة ومع محاولة تحديد أهم العوائق التي تحول دون تطورها والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، كما تم التطرق لأبرز صيغ المتبعة في تمويل هذه المؤسسات بشقيها التقليدي و الإسلامي مع الإشارة إلى حالة مصرف السلام كنموذج لتمويل المؤسسات الصغير و المتوسطة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2011-2019 ،كما توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها عدم وجود آليات فعالة للنهوض بهذه الفئة من المؤسسات في عدد كبير منها على مواصلة النشاط لعدم وجود مرافقة جادة، كما يمكن للتمويل الإسلامي أن يفتح أفاق جديدة لتمويل هذه المؤسسات بما يتماشى مع المعتقد الديني و المساهمة بإخراج العديد من المشاريع إلى النور والتي كانت ترفض الصيغ تمويلية التقليدية الربوية. الكلمات المفتاح : المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، التمويل الاسلامي ، بنك السلام . رموز تصنيف jel:.M3,G3,P34 Abstract: The conceptual framework of small and medium enterprises has been addressed through this study and with an attempt to identify the most important obstacles that prevent their development and contribute to achieving sustainable development in Algeria. The most prominent formulas used in financing these institutions, both traditional and Islamic, have also been addressed, with reference to the case of Al Salam Bank. As a model for financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria during the period 2011-2019, and we have also reached a set of results, the most important of which is the lack of effective mechanisms for the advancement of this category of institutions in a large number of them to continue the activity due to the lack of serious accompaniment. These institutions are in line with religious beliefs and contribute to bringing to light many projects that rejected traditional usurious financing formulas.
