التَّأويل عند الأصوليين قراءة في ضوء الدِّراسات الغربية الحديثة

Résumé: يروم هذا المقال وضع مبحث التأويل في المنجز الأصولي في سياقه العلمي الراهن وذلك بكشف قوانينه ، وبيان حدوده وإجراءاته التي قصد بها الأصوليون كشف معاني الخطاب الشرعي ومقارنة ذلك بمباحث التأويل عند أشهر المدارس الغربية ،للوقوف على مدى التشابه أو الاختلاف بين المنجزين وكذا بيان مجمل الضوابط التي وجهت دفة التأويل عند الأصوليين وحددت مساراته. : Abstract This article purports to put the Study of interpretation in done fundamentalist in his scientific context by discovering its laws , and finding out its limits and procedures that is used by the purists to uncover the meanings of legitimate discourse, and compare it with the interpretation studies of the most famous western schools to find out the extent of similarity or difference between the two achievements and statement the overall controls that directed the interpretation helm of the fundamentalists and identified its tracks
