Résumé: تسعى المداخلة إلى تسليط الضوء على واحد من أبرز وجوه الدراسات اللسانية في العالم العربي الأستاذ الدكتور 'صالح بلعيد' ، ودراسة فكره اللساني الممزوج بالتراث من جهة، والمكتسي بحلة الحداثة من جهة أخرى. وإن كان الهدف المباشر من هذه المداخلة هو استظهار جهود الأستاذ اللسانية وتطلعاته العلمية، فإن المسعى الحقيقي من ورائها هو محاولة تقديم نموذج لتحليل الدرس اللساني الجزائري، والوقوف على أهم أفكاره المتناثرة في مصنفاته العديدة، سواء تعلق الأمر بمسألة ضبط المصطلح العلمي العربي، أو مسألة الأمن اللغوي الذي يتعلق بالتخطيط والعولمة اللغوية، أو الإصلاحات التربوية في المدرسة الجزائرية، وموضوع لغة الإعلام الجزائري، وكل هذه المواضيع تستلزم توظيف الحوسبة اللسانية والرقمنة الآلية طريقا لبلوغ الغاية.
