واقع واستراتجية التكفل بالاحداث الجانحين بالجزائر

Résumé: تعرض هذا المقال الى تفسير بعض النظريات والتجارب المؤسساتية الدولية ومقارنتها بالتجارب وواقع المؤسسات الجزائرية لادماج الجانحين التي تجعل الباحثين والمختصين يمتلكون تصورا واضحا لما ينبغي القيام به، ومن هذا المنطلق لابد من ترسيخ الفكر المؤسساتي وفهم النظريات المفسرة للفعل الإجرامي. وفي المقابل فإن واقع التكفل بالأحداث في الجزائر في حاجة إلى أسس نظرية واضحة في شأن تأهيل هذه الفئة، ويحاول ان يكون ولو نسخة طبق الأصل لهذه النماذج العالمية ، مما نطرح تساؤلات عن سمات واقعنا المحلي، أي نوع من المؤسسات نتوفر عليها ؟ وأي مدرسة معتمدة في منهجية التكفل .حتى يستطيع المهتمين بهذا الميدان الاستفادة من جميع كل التيارات لتأسيس إطار نظري مرجعي ذو خصوصية جزائرية. . . Summary This article explores some theories and international institutional experiences and compares them with the experiences and realities of Algerian institutions to integrate delinquents that make researchers and specialists have a clear vision of what should be done. On the other hand, the reality of taking care of the events in Algeria needs clear theoretical bases regarding the rehabilitation of this category, and tries to be even a replica of these global models, which raises questions about the characteristics of our local reality, what kind of institutions we have?
