Résumé: الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر أتمتة المكاتب الذكية في أداء المكاتب التنفيذية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى إن استخدام الأنظمة الذكية يؤدي إلى خلق بيئة عمل خلاقة. وإن الأعمال أصبح بالإمكان القيام بها دون الحاجة إلى مغادرة المكتب. وأوصت الدراسة على الاتجاه نحو مبدأ المكتب الذكي. وعمل دورات تدريبية، والاهتمام ببرامج الأرشفة الإلكترونية لما لها من أهمية في حفظ المعلومات والمستندات والرجوع إليها بسهولة ويسر مستقبلاً. الكلمات المفتاحية: المكاتب الذكية، الاتمتة، الأداء السياقي Abstract he study aimed to know the effect of smart office automation on the performance of executive offices. The study concluded that the use of smart systems leads to the creation of a creative work environment. And the chores can be done without having to leave the office. The study recommended the direction towards the smart office principle. And conduct training courses, and pay attention to electronic archiving programs because of their importance in preserving information and documents and refer to them easily and easily in the future.
