اثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة على تحسين أداء مؤسسات التعليم العالي جامعة سعيدة انموذجا

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اثر تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي – جامعة سعيدة نموذجا وكذا تقييم مدى تبنيها لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية فيها ،اعتمدت الدراسة بشكل أساسي على المنهج الوصفي والإحصائي باستخدام برمجية SPSS توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط متوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق مبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتحسين الأداء في جامعة سعيدة . This study aimsto reveal the impact of applying the principles of total quality management in higher education institutions , Saida university’model, as well as to assess the extent to which it adopts the concept of total quality management and the quality of its educational service The studymainly relied on the analytical and statistical curriculum using SPSS software. The study found a statistically significant correlation between applying the principles of total quality management and improving performance
