أهمية تحرير سعر الفائدة في استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر دراسة حالة الجزائر1994-2023

Résumé: يهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية التحرير لمعدلات الفائدة في استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1994 ـ 2023 حيث تم التوصل الى عدم وجود دلائل لعلاقة توازنيه في المدى الطويل بين المتغيرين، وبالتالي عدم فعالية سياسة تحرير سعر الفائدة التي انتهجتها الحكومة في جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، الأمر الذي يؤكد على أن هناك عوامل أخرى اقتصادية ومالية تجعل من سياسة تحرير سعر الفائدة عاملا غير مؤثر على استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، الأمر الذي لا يمكن الاعتماد عليه في رسم السياسات المتعلقة استقطاب الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر. This study aims to highlight the importance liberalization of interest rates in attracting foreign direct investment in Algeria during the period 1994-2023, as it was concluded that there is no evidence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two variables, and thus the ineffectiveness of the interest rate liberalization policy pursued by the government in attracting investment. Foreign direct investment, which confirms that there are other economic and financial factors that make the interest rate liberalization policy a factor that does not affect attracting foreign direct investment, which cannot be relied upon in formulating policies related to attracting foreign direct investment in Algeria.
