انشاء شركة المساهمة البسيطة
Résumé: تعدّ شركة المساهمة البسيطة شكلا جديدا من أشكال الشركات التجارية، فلقد تميزت هاته الشركة بالمرونة وكذلك بالبساطة في إنشاء والتأسيس، وحرصا من المشرع الجزائري على دعم هذا النوع من المؤسسات، فلقد تبنى هذا النوع من الشركات التجارية واستحدثه بموجب القانون رقم 22_09المؤرخ في 5 مايو 2022، وهذا النوع من الشركات قد حصر تأسيسه على الشركات الحاصلة على علامة " مؤسسة ناشئة "، فهاته الخاصية تدفعه إلى اختياره كقالب للمؤسسات القائمة على الأفكار الإبداعية والمشاريع الابتكارية. ولقد تم اللجوء إلى هذا النوع من الشركات بهدف تشجيع ودعم ومرافقة مختلف المشاريع الابتكارية وكذا معرفة انعكاساته على الاقتصاد الوطني A Simplified Joint-Stock Company" is a new form of commercial companies. This type of company has been distinguished by its flexibility and simplicity in its establishment. The Algerian legislature has adopted and introduced this type of company under Law No. 09/22 dated May 5, 2022, as a way to support and encourage this type of institution. This type of company is exclusively reserved for companies that have obtained the "Startup" mark, which pushes it to be chosen as a template for companies based on creative ideas and innovative projects. The goal of this type of company is to encourage, support, and accompany various innovative projects, as well as to understand their impact on the national economy.
