واقع الإصلاحات التربوية في ظل التغيرات الاجتماعية;دراسة ميدانية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي من وجهة نظر الأساتذة بثانوية العقيد سي الشريف علي ملاح بمدينة ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة المعنونة بــــــ : "واقع الإصلاحات التربوية في ظل التغيرات الإجتماعية " إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي : هل تواكب الإصلاحات التربوية التغيرات الحاصلة في المجتمع الجزائري من وجهة نظر أساتذة التعليم الثانوي ؟ و يتفرع عنه التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : ـــــــ ما علاقة الإصلاح التربوي بالتغير الإجتماعي ؟ ــــــ ما مدى تأثير الإصلاحات التربوية على التغيرات الإجتماعية ؟ ـــــ هل الإصلاحات المطبقة قي مرحلة التعليم الثانوي تراعي التغيرات الإجتماعية ؟ و للإجابة عن هاته التساؤلات إعتمدنا على جملة من الإجراءات المنهجية على النحو التالي : إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج الأقرب للدراسة أما الأدوات التي تم بها جمع المعلومات من أفراد العينة فكانت المقابلة و الإستمارة ، و قد طبقت هذه الإستمارة على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الثانوي حيث كانت نوع هذه العينة عشوائية ، ليكون فيها بعد إستخلاص نتائج الدراسة من هاته البيانات و الإجابة عن تساؤلات الدراسة ، و لقد أسفرت الدراسة الميدانية على النتائج التالية : - أنه لا توجد علاقة بين الإصلاحات التربوية و التغيرات الحاصلة في المجتمع الجزائري . - وجدنا أنه لا يوجد تأثير بين الإصلاحات التربوية و التغيرات الإجتماعية . - لا تراعي الإصلاحاتت المطبقة في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي الواقع الإجتماعي للمتعلمين . The study Under the title : « The reality of educational reforms In the light of social changes » aims to answer the principal questoin: is the keep pace of educational reforms and the changes that have occurred in Alegerian society from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers ? The fork to the following sub –questions: ــWhat is the relationship between educational reform and social change ? ــ What is the extent of educational reforms on the social impact of the changes ? ــ Are the reform applied in the Phase of Secondary education take into account Social changes ? And the answer to these questions , we relied on some methodological procedures follows: We relied on the descriptive approach because it is the nearest to the study , Tools that the collection of information of sample particulars and they were the interview and counseling , This advice has been applied to a sample of secondary school teachers , and it was this kind of a random sample , Let it later extraction study results Let subsequently draw conclusions from these circumstances study data , Answer the questions of the study , The fieled study yielded the following results: ــ There is no relationship between the educatiional reforms and changes in Algerian society. ــ We found that there was no effect of educational reforms and social changes . ــ Implemented reforms in secondary education does not take into account the social reality for learners .
