Résumé: ملخص: يعيش قطاع غزة الفلسطيني حصار خانقا, فرضه العدو الاسرائيلئ منذ جوان 2007 م , ولقد انتهكت في تللك الرقعة الجغرافية الصغيرة مجمل حقوق الانسان النصوص عليها في الشرسعة الدولية ومما زاد من معاناة سكان القطاع , تللك النتائج المدمرة للحرب الثلاثة التي شنتها اسرائيل اعوام (2008م/2009م/ و2012م و2014م) وقدعمقت السلطات المصرية تللك الماساة بالاغلاق الدائم لمعبر رفح منذ عزل الرئيس المصري محمد مرسي في منتصف 2013م . Abstract : Since 2007, the Gaza Strip in Palestine has been under a tight embargo imposed by the “Israeli” enemy. In addition, it has witnessed serious violations of the human rights stipulated in the international bill of human rights. Also, Gaza residents have endured severe consequences inflicted by the three wars waged by “Israel” (in 2008/2009, 2012, 2014). Furthermore, the Egyptian authorities have also contributed to the deteriorating situation in Gaza by shutting down Rafah border permanently after Mohamed Morsy had been dethroned in the mid 2013.
