Résumé: تسلط هذه الدراسة الضوء على الدور المحوري لتكنولوجيا المالية في تحسين أداء البنك الوطني الجزائري. وقد اتبعت الدراسة منهجاً وصفياً تحليلياً، معتمدة على أدوات جمع بيانات متنوعة، من بينها الاستبيانات، لتحليل دور التكنولوجيا المالية في هذا السياق وقد أظهر مدى أهمية هذه التكنولوجيا في تحسين وتطوير وتسهيل العمليات المصرفية كما تبين إن البنك الوطني الجزائري، كحالة دراسية، التزاماً قوياً بتبني التكنولوجيا المالية وتطوير استراتيجيات متكاملة لإدارتها. تصنيفات JEL : F36، G21، O15 This study highlights the pivotal role of financial technology in enhancing the performance of the National Bank of Algeria. The research employed a descriptive and analytical approach, utilizing various data collection tools, including surveys, to analyze the role of financial technology in this context. The findings demonstrate the significance of this technology in improving, developing, and facilitating banking operations. Additionally, it was evident that the National Bank of Algeria, as a case study, shows a strong commitment to adopting financial technology and developing integrated strategies for its management.
