أَثر اعتمَاد هيكل تنظيمي مرن في تحقيق فعالية ذكاء الأعمال بمؤسسة صَيدال بقَسَنطينَة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر اعتماد هيكل تنظيمي مرن في تحقيق فعالية ذكاء الاعمال بمؤسسة صيدال بقسنطينة؛ من وجهة نظر عُمال المؤسسة. وللوصول الى الأهداف المنطوية تحت موضوع الدراسة؛ واختبار فرضياتها؛ صمم استبيان وجه لموظفي مؤسسة صيدال بقسنطينة. استرجع منها (55) استبانة صالحة للتحليل بالاعتماد على البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS V 26). وتوصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة طردية بَيْن متغيرات الدِراسة المتمثِل في المتغير المستقِل (الهَيْكل التنظِيمي المرن) والمتَغَير التابِع (ذَكاء الاعْمَال)، وكذلك وجود أثر لاعتِماد الهيكل التَنظيمي المرن في تحقيق فعالية ذكاء الاعَمال بمُؤسسة صيدال بقسنطينة عند مستوى معنوية (0.05). وقد اوصت الدراسة على الاستثمار في أدوات تحليل البيانات لتحسين الرؤى وتقديم التقارير في الوقت الفعلي، مع إنشاء نظام مكافأة للعاملين الذين يستخدمون ذكاء الأعمَال لتحسين الأداء داخل المنُظمة. : The study aimed to identify the impact of adopting a flexible organizational structure in achieving the effectiveness of business intelligence at the Saidel Foundation in Constantine. From the point of view of the organization's workers. In order to achieve the objectives included under the subject of the study; and test its hypotheses; A questionnaire was designed for the employees of the Saidel Foundation in Constantine. (55) valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis based on the statistical program (SPSS V 26). The study reached several results, the most important of which areas well as the existence of an impact of adopting the flexible organizational structure in achieving the effectiveness of business intelligence at Saidel Corporation in Constantine at a significance level of (0.05). The study recommended investing in data analysis tools to improve insights and provide reports in real time.
