واقع الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في منطقة اليورو في ظل سياسات وبرامج احتواء أزمة الديون السيادية خلال الفترة 2010-2016

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض البرامج والسياسات المتخذة من طرف الإتحاد الأوروبي لاحتواء أزمة الديون السيادية والتعرف على تأثير هذه الإجراءات على تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى منطقة اليورو. كشفت الدراسة أن أزمة الديون السيادية الأوروبية كان لها انعكاسات سلبية على المناخ الاستثماري لمنطقة اليورو حيث شهد تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي تراجعا كبيرا، لكن مجموعة الإجراءات المتبناة والتدابير الوقائية المتخذة كان لها الأثر الإيجابي على المتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية ما ساهم في عودة استقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية في الدول الأعضاء لمنطقة اليورو بدرجات متفاوتة. The aim of this study is to present the EU's programs and policies to contain the sovereign debt crisis and to identify the impact of these measures on the flow of foreign direct investment into the euro zone. The study revealed that the European sovereign debt crisis had a negative impact on the investment climate of the euro area, where the flow of foreign investment has decreased significantly, but the set of measures adopted and the preventive measures taken have had a positive effect on macroeconomic variables, which contributed to the return of attracting foreign investments in member countries To the euro zone to varying degrees.
