الامتيازات الممنوحة للمحليين في العقار الصناعي في الجزائر
Résumé: خص المشرع الجزائري المستثمرين المحليين بمجموعة من الامتيازات من أجل تشجيع المبادرات الاستثمارية المحلية بالرغم مما يصاحبها من رهانات صعبة، هذه الامتيازات شملت عدة أوجه مختلفة لا سيما منها ما بتعلق بمجال العقار الصناعي . لكن في مقابل ذلك فرض عليه القيام بمجموعة من الالتزامات قد تصل إلى حد سحب هذه الامتيازات منه في حال عدم الالتزام بها . Abstract : The Algerian legislator distinguished local investors with a set of concessions in order to encourage local investment initiatives despite the difficult bets that accompany them, these concessions cover several different aspects, in particular those related to the field of industrial real estate. But in return, he was required to assume a set of obligations that could amount to withdrawing these privileges in the event of non-observance of these privileges.
