Résumé: The citizen is often assigned legal systems in Algeria because of his association with the jurisprudence of al-Maliki, and because the transfer and transplantation of human organs from the fields of systems organized by Algerian law under the law of protection of health and promotion No 85-05 amended and completed, the compatibility of the provisions contained therein will inevitably agree with what is in view But that this rule is not absolute because the Algerian law in most of its areas does not rely entirely on the Maliki jurisprudence, because it seeks to achieve the principles of Islamic law, which are not all limited to a specific jurisprudence, whether Maliki or other, and this can be proven from the study of this law Mentioned above.
