التحصيل الدراسي للأطفال بين الأم العاملة وربة المنزل -دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الأمهات الجزائريات-

Résumé: أصبح عمل المرأة ضرورة للتغلب على صعوبات الحياة وتحقيق الرفاهية التي تطمح إليها أي أسرة، مما أثر على علاقتها بأسرتها خاصة علاقة الأم بأولادها، وعلى تحصيلهم الدراسي، حيث غالبا ما تعمل الأم دور المعلم الثاني بعد المدرسة لرفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي لأطفالها، ولكن مع خروجها للعمل أصبحت هذه المهمة شبه مستحيلة، خاصة في ظل الضغوطات التي تعاني منها المرأة مع عملها والتزاماتها الأسرية، ومن هنا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز بعض النقاط الأساسية في تأثير عمل المرأة على الطفل المتمدرس، ومحاولة معرفة الأثر الذي يتركه غياب الأم العاملة على السير السليم في تربية وتنشئة الطفل وانعكاسه على مستواه ونجاحه الدراسي Women’s work has become a necessity to overcome life’s difficulties and achieve the well-being that any family aspires to, which has affected her relationship with her family, especially the mother’s relationship with her children, and their academic achievement, as the mother often plays the role of the second teacher after school to raise the level of academic achievement for her children, but as she goes out to work. This task has become almost impossible, especially in light of the pressures that women suffer from with their work and family obligations. Hence, this study aimed to highlight some of the basic points in the impact of women’s work on the schooled child, and to try to know the impact that the absence of a working mother leaves on the proper course in raising the child.
