الحوكمة المالية ودورها في رفع الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية – دراسة تحليلية لمؤسسة صيدال
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة بين الحوكمة المالية و الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تحليل و مناقشة البيانات المالية لمؤسسة صيدال طيلة الفترة الممتدة بين سنة 2017 إلى 2019 حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك علاقة بين الحوكمة المالية و تحسين الأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، وهذا ما أظهره تحليل البيانات بمختلف مؤشرات التحليل المالي . The study aims to research the relationship between financial globalization and the financial performance of economic institutions, and to achieve the goal was analyzed and discussed the financial statements of the SAIDAL foundation throughout the period between 2017and 2019 where the results of the studies showed that there is a relationship between financial globalization and improving the financial performance of economic institutions, as shown by the analysis of the bayanas with various indicators of financial analysis.
