الهجرة الغير شرعية: إنعكاساتها الأمنية على الدولة وطرق القضاء عليها

Résumé: تحت وطأة عدم الإستقرار الأمني الذي تشهده بعض دول العالم، وذلك نتيجة للظروف الإقتصادية والاجتماعية، تحاول بعض فئات المجتمع الهجرة نحو دول أخر بحثا عن الإستقرار أو لتحسين ظروف معيشتهم، لكن رغبتهم هذه قد تصطدم بمجموعة من الإجراءات القانونية تضعها الدولة لتنظيم دخول وخروج الاجانب والوطنين وأن هذه الشروط قد لا تتوفر فيهم في معظم الأحيان. مما يدفعهم إلى خرق هذه الإجراءات القانونية، ويصبحون في هذه الحالة مهاجرين غير شرعيين. وتجدر الإشارة أن لهذه ظاهرة المهاجرين الغير شرعيين العديد من الإنعكاسات التي قد تؤثر على الدولة على كل المستويات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية وكذ من الجانب الأمني. Abstract: Under the weight of the security instability experienced by some countries of the world, as a result of economic and social conditions, some groups of society trying to migrate to other countries in search of stability or improve their living conditions, but this desire may collide with a set of legal procedures set by the state to regulate the entry and exit of foreigners and nationalists and These conditions may not be available in most cases, which leads them to violate these legal procedures and in this case become illegal immigrants. It should be noted that this phenomenon of illegal immigrants has many implications that may affect the state at all economic and social levels as well as the security aspect.
