الاستثمـــــار في القـــــطاع الفـــــــلاحي ودوره في التنمية المحلية - دراسة حالة (ولاية الوادي 2017 - 2021)
Résumé: جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز وتحليل دور الاستثمار الفلاحي في التنمية المحلية بولاية الوادي، حيث استخدمت المنهج الوصفي من خلال إبراز وتحليل الدور الذي يلعبه الاستثمار الفلاحي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية بالوادي، كما اعتمدت الدراسة على البيانات الإحصائية المجمعة من المؤسسات المشرفة والداعمة للقطاع الفلاحي على مستوى تراب الولاية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار في القطاع الفلاحي بولاية الوادي حقق نتائج إيجابية على مستوى التنمية المحلية خاصة في أبعادها الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية والبيئية وذلك في ظل مختلف البرامج والمخططات الفلاحية المعتمدة من طرف الدولة، إلا أنه يبقى دون المستوى المطلوب والمرغوب بالنظر إلى المقومات والإمكانيات الطبيعية والبشرية التي تزخر بها الولاية، ومنه فإن الوصول إلى تنمية محلية شاملة من خلال الاستثمار في هذا القطاع يبقى مرهون بالاستغلال الأمثل لهاته الإمكانيات والمقومات وتذليل العراقيل والمشاكل التي يعاني منها هذا القطاع.This study came to highlight and analyze the role of agricultural investment in local development in Eloued , where the study used the descriptive approach by highlighting and analyzing the role played by agricultural investment in achieving local development in Eloued , The study concluded that investment in the agricultural sector in El-oued governorate achieved positive results at the level of local development, especially in its economic, social and environmental dimensions, in light of the various agricultural programs and plans approved by the Willya, but it is still below the required and desirable level in light of the basics and natural and human capabilities that The Willaya is rich in it, and therefore access to comprehensive local development through investment in this sector remains subject to the optimal exploitation of these capabilities and components and their overcoming.
