Résumé: The subject of this article is to review the translation of cartoons’ titles and show the translation process by which are translated from English and French to Arabic. The importance of the title and its huge role has pushed us to study this entity of text exactly the paratext as Gerard GENETTE called. The title presents, marks, distinguishes and advertises an audiovisual work. We are trying to show the process of translating cartoons’ titles.
