الإطار القانوني للضرر البيئي

Résumé: مع تزايد الاهتمام الدولي حول حماية البيئة، والسعي لوضع إطار قانوني، لضمان بيئة سليمة، في أوساط المجتمع، والرقي بفكر الأفراد من أجل مساهمة أكبر في هذا المجال وبيان مدى أهمية الحفاظ على البيئة. لذا ارتأينا في مقالنا هذا معالجة إشكالية الضرر البيئي ومدى صعوبة تقديره وتعويضه، حيث بينا في الشق الأول مسببات الضرر البيئي، وذلك بتعريف التلوث البيئي وأنواعه، ثم تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الضرر البيئي وتحديد خصائصه. With increasing international attention on environmental protection, the pursuit of a legal framework to ensure a healthy environment among the community, the promotion of individuals' thinking for greater contribution in this area, and the importance of preserving the environment. In this article, we discussed the problem of environmental damage and the extent of its difficulty in estimating and compensating it. In the first part, we explained the causes of environmental damage by defining environmental pollution and its types. We then discussed the concept of environmental damage and its characteristics.
