Résumé: The study aims to reveal the extent of the application of re-engineering training processes in the Setram Foundation - Ouargla-, and to highlight its role in improving the performance of the human resource. The study’s hypotheses were tested using the statistical methods provided by the SPSS V25 program, and the study concluded that Setram Foundation relies on re-engineering training processes as a modern concept in human resource management, and it also found a positive impact on the practice of re-engineering training processes and its role in re-engineering training processes.
