أثر جودة مخرجات نظم دعم القرار علي عملية صنع القرارات - دراسة حالة جامعة البطانة

Résumé: هدف البحث الي التعرف على ماهية خصائص المعلومات الجيدة، وماهية مكونات نظم دعم القرارات، وكذلك معرفة اثر مخرجات نظم دعم القرار في كل مراحل صنع القرارات؛ تحديد المشكلة، تحديد البدائل، تقيم البدائل، اختيار افضل بديل، تنفيذ القرار ومتابعته، استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي حيث تم تصميم استبانة مكونة من 24 عنصر وزعت على عينة من الموظفين ذوي المناصب الاشرافية بجامعة البطانة باستخدام اسلوب الحصر الشامل. وتحليل استجابات المبحوثين باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS). اهم نتائج البحث: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة مخرجات نظم دعم القرار وتحديد المشكلة، كذلك توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائية بين جودة مخرجات نظم دعم القرار و اختيار افضل بديل، وكذلك تساهم مخرجات قواعد البيانات الداخلية والخارجية في لفت الانتباه في كل مراحل عملية صنع القرار من خلال اصدار التقارير المختلفة، خاصة الاستثنائية. اهم توصيات البحث؛ ضرورة اعتماد الجامعات السودانية على نظم دعم القرارات لما له من فوائد في جميع مراحل صنع القرارات وكذلك ضرورة توفير متطلبات نظم دعم القرارات. Abstract: This study aims at identifying the characteristics of good quality information and the components of Decision Support Systems (DSS). It also aims at finding out the effect of DDS throughout all phases of decision-making process including problem definition, alternatives determination and evaluation, optimum alternative selection, decision execution and tracking. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach, where a 24-item questionnaire was designed and distributed to employees with supervisory positions at University of Albutana using Complete Census method. Data was extracted and interpreted via Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The most important findings of the study include that: there is a statistically significant relation between the output quality of DDS and problem definition. There is also a statistically significant relation between output quality of DDS and selecting the optimum alternative. Additionally, the outputs of internal and external databases contribute in highlighting each phase of decision-making process throughout issuing different reports, especially the exceptional ones. The study recommended that Sudanese universities should adopt DDS for their benefits at all phases of decision-making process, and should secure DDS requirements.
