قراءة في الفلسفة التحويلية لكارل أوتو آبل :الفلسفة الإتيقية أنموذجا.

Résumé: تعدّ فلسفة كارل أوتو آبل من الفلسفات المهمة التي تعرف إهتماما ملحوظا في الأوساط الفكرية اليوم، خاصة بعد مشروعه التحويلي الذي شمل عدة جوانب فلسفية وفكرية مختلفة ومتباينة جعلت منها فلسفة قارية، ولعل الفلسفة الإتيقية تشغل حيزا واسعا من الإهتمام الفكري لآبل خاصة بعد إعادة قراءة الإرث الكانطي للأخلاق، وبعد دخول الإنسان الحديث متاهات أزمة سببها الإنسياق وراء البحث في العلل والأسباب للسيطرة على الطبيعة، وقد ربط آبل حديثه عن الإتيقا بجملة من المفاهيم الأساسية الراهنة التي تمثل حجر الزاوية في الفلسفة المعاصرة والمعيش اليومي للذوات، متمثلة في النقاش، التواصل، خطاب العلم، المسؤولية المشتركة وأهمها اللغة بما هي وسيط سواء في المجتمع التواصلي أو مجتمع العلم، فما هو مفهوم الإتيقا؟ وماهي الأسس والآليات التي طرحها آبل في التحول من الأخلاق إلى الإتيقا خاصة في عصر التقدم العلمي؟ وتعود أسباب معالجة هذا الموضوع إلى أهمية الطرح الإتيقي بالنظر إلى ما يعانية عالم اليوم من حروب وأزمات شوّهت حاضره وتهدد مستقبله، كما أدت إلى خلخة الأسس الأخلاقية والمعايير الأخلاقية التي عجّلت بضرورة عودة الإتيقا. karl Otto Apel's philosophy is one of the important philosophies that knows a remarkable interest in intellectual circles today, especially after his transformative project, which included several different and disparate philosophical and intellectual aspects that made it a continental philosophy, and perhaps the ethical philosophy occupies a wide space of intellectual interest for Aple, especially after re-reading the Kantian legacy For ethics, and after modern man entered the mazes of a crisis caused by the compulsion behind the search for causes and reasons to control nature, Apel linked his talk about ethics to a set of basic current concepts that represent the cornerstone of contemporary philosophy and the daily life of the subjects, represented in discussion, communication, discourse of science, Shared responsibility, the most important of which is language, as it is a mediator, whether in the communicative society or the science community, so what is the concept of etiquette? What are the foundations and mechanisms that Aple has put forward in switching from ethics to etiquette, especially in the era of scientific progress? The reasons for dealing with this issue are due to the importance of the ethical discourse, given the wars and crises in the world today that distort its present and threaten its future, as well as lead to loosening the moral foundations and ethical standards that hastened the necessity of the return of ethics.
