منافذ الصيرفة الإلكترونية في الجزائر –حالة بنك التنمية المحلية Bdl-

Résumé: تكشف هذه الورقة البحثية مستوى البنوك التجارية الجزائرية، وبالأخص العمومية منها، والمتعلق باستعدادها وقدراتها في تبني خدمات الصيرفة الإلكترونية، وذلك بمراعاة حجم المنافذ التي تتوافر عليها لتقديم تلك المنتجات، وأسقطت الدراسة ذلك على بنك التنمية المحلية في الجزائر، ذلك أنه بذل مجهودات معتبرة سنة 2016 في هذا المجال، ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إمكانية الأخذ بتجربة هذا البنك، وتعميمها لدى البنوك الأخرى العاملة بالجزائر، حيث أنه أضحى يمتلك قنوات تؤهله لتقديم واسع لخدمات الصيرفة الإلكترونية، والتأثير في السلوك المصرفي للعملاء، الأمر الذي يمهد الطريق لانتشار الصيرفة الإلكترونية في الجزائر. This research paper reveals the level of the Algerian commercial banks, especially the public ones, related to their willingness and capabilities in adopting electronic banking services, taking into account the size of the outlets available to them to provide these products, and the study dropped this on the Local Development Bank in Algeria, as he made significant efforts in 2016 In this field, the study reached the possibility of adopting the experience of this bank, and generalizing it to other banks operating in Algeria, as it has become channels that qualify it to provide a wide range of electronic banking services, and influence the banking behavior of customers, which paves the way The spread of electronic banking in Algeria
