الاشكاليات الابستمولوجية في منهج تخريج الفروع على الفروع في الصناعة المالية الإسلامية

Résumé: يتلخص مشروع الدراسة في عرض تحليلي نقديّ تجريديّ؛ للمساهمة المنهجية النظرية للدراسات الأصولية التأسيسية، والتأصيلية في مجال منهج تخريج الفروع على الفروع، وفي قطاع الصناعة الماليّة اللاربويَّة. وينتمي المشروع من حيث الحقول المعرفية إلى "فقه العلم" (= فلسفة العلم)، الذي يتناول ما قبل المنهج من حيث أسسه المعرفية، والمنهجية، وافتراضاته. : Study of the epistemological problems of branch extraction methodology (fiqh). The research project comprises an abstract and critical review for contributing theoretical, methodological, foundational and fundamentalist study in the field of branch extraction from other branches (in islamic jurisprudence) of interest-free financial industry sector. In terms of cognitive fields, the project belongs to “Fiqh al-Ilm” (= philosophy of knowledge) which deals with the methodology in terms of its epistemological foundations, methodology, and it assumptions
