Résumé: ملخص : في ظل التطور الذي تعرفه المالية الإسلامية في العالم في السنوات الأخيرة، خاصة بعد الأزمة المالية العالمية 2008، التي أكدت أن السبب الرئيسي في حدوث الأزمة المالية هي أدوات لا يجيز الشرع الإسلامي التعامل بها، والتي أدت إلى انفصال التمويل التقليدي عن الاقتصاد الحقيقي. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على أهمية الصكوك المالية الإسلامية كمصدر من مصادر التمويل المتفقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية والتي تحفظ هرم التوازن بين الاقتصاد الحقيقي والمالي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الصكوك المالية الإسلامية أداة فعالة في تجميع السيولة، بالإضافة إلى أنها تعمل على تحريك الموارد المالية وتوجيهها إلى الاستثمارات المنتجة الحقيقية، وتقليل حدة المضاربات. كما أن ازدياد كميتها ونوعيتها يكون له بالغ الأثر في زيادة درجة عمق السوق واتساعها، وذلك يؤدي إلى تحقيق كفاءة السوق وتحقيق التوازن بين الاقتصاد الحقيقي والمالي. وباعتبار ماليزيا من الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال حاولنا إبراز أهمية الصكوك الإسلامية في السوق المالية الماليزية. Abstract : Given the development in Islamic finance in the world in recent years, Especially after the global financial crisis of 2008, which confirmed that the main reason for the occurrence of the financial crisis are instruments that Islamic Sharia does not permit dealing with, and that led to the separation of traditional finance from the real economy. This research paper aims to clarify the importance of Islamic sukuk as a source of financing that is consistent with the provisions of Islamic Sharia law and which preserves the hierarchy of balance between the real and financial economy. The research paper concluded that Islamic sukuk are an effective tool in accumulating liquidity, In addition, it works to mobilize financial resources and direct them to real productive investments, and reduce the intensity of speculation. The increase in its quantity and quality will have a great impact on increasing the depth and breadth of the market. This leads to achieving market efficiency and achieving a balance between the real and financial economy. As Malaysia is one of the leading countries in this field, We tried to highlight the importance of Islamic sukuk in the Malaysian financial market.
