علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بتقدير الذات لدى الطالب

Résumé: Abstract: The present study aimed to attempt to detect the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and self esteem of college student, we relied on the descriptive approach being appropriate for our study, The size of our study sample is estimated at 90 students in the College of Humanities and Social Sciences from all disciplines and levels of study three system (l m d) of the university of Mouloud Mammeri Tizi -Ouzou, Two tools were applied to collect information, the Emotive Intelligence Scale by Ahmad Al-Alwan (2011) and the Self-Esteem Scale for Abdul Rahman Saleh Al-Azraq (2000), and the results of the study in the existence of a correlation between the various dimensions of emotional intelligence and self esteem , meaning the higher the growth of emotional intelligence among college student the greater the high the level of appreciation for themselves. Keywords: emotional intelligence ; Emotional knowledge ; Regulating emotions ; self- esteem ; students. الملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي وتقدير الذات لدى الطالب الجامعي، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي كونه الملائم لدراستنا، تقدر حجم عينة دراستنا ب 90 طالب وطالبة في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من كل التخصصات والمستويات الدراسية الثلاثة نظام (ل م د) من جامعة مولود معمري تيزي -وزو. تم تطبيق أداتين لجمع المعلومات مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي لأحمد العلوان(2011) ومقياس تقدير الذات لعبد الرحمن صالح الأزرق(2000)، وكانت نتائج الدراسة في في وجود علاقة ارتباط بين أبعاد الذكاء الانفعالي وتقدير الذات، بمعنى كلما ارتفع نمو الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الطالب الجامعي كلما ازداد ارتفاع مستوى تقديرهم لذواتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الوجداني؛ المعرفة الانفعالية؛ تنظيم الانفعالات؛ تقدير الذات؛ الطالب.
