الإطار القانوني لمعالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي في التشريع الجزائري على ضوء قانون رقم 18-07

Résumé: الملخص بصدور قانون 18-07 المتعلق بحماية الأشخاص الطبيعيين في مجال معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، تكون الجزائر قد وضعت الإطار القانوني لحماية المعطيات الشخصية، ما يستجيب ومتطلبات التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال معالجة المعطيات وأحكام الدستور، فغاية المشرع من ذلك توفر مستوى أعلى من الحماية القانونية للمعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي، في إطار احترام الكرامة الإنسانية والخصوصية، والحريات العامة. حيث أشتمل هذا القانون على جملة من الضوابط لتحقيق هذا الغرض. Abstract : Through the Issuance of the law N°.18-07 of June 10, 2018, relating to the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data, Algeria has put in place the legal framework for the protection of personal data in response to the requirements of the technological developments and to the provision of the constitution. The legislator’s objective is to guarantee a high level of legal protection of personal data within the framework of respect for human dignity Privacy and public freedoms. This law includes a series of provisions to achieve this objective
