المساىمة في الاستخلاص و الكشف ا لكروماتوغرافي للمركبات الفعالة لأحد نباتات الفصيلة النجيلية
Résumé: الملخص : إن الهدف الرئيسي من عملنا هذا هو المساهمة في الدراسة الفيتوكيميائية لنبتة الإذخر من العائلة النجيلية والتي تعرف باسم الّلماد ،وذالك بعملية الاستخلاص والفصل لأهم المركبات الفعالة وهذا بواسطة كروماتوغرافيا الطبقة الرقيقة CCM حيث أنها بينت في المستخلص الكلوروفورمي والبيوتانولي إحتمالية وجود بعض الكومارينات والتربينات والفلافونيدات ،ومن الناحية البيولوجية قمنا بدراسة التأثير البكتيري لمستخلصي الأسيتات والبيوتانول والزيت الطيار لنوعين من البكتيريا حيث أعطت نتائج متوسطة الفعالية Summary: The main objective of our work is to contribute to the phytochemisrty study of plant Cymbopogon Schoenanthus from Poaceae family and known as Allemmad, by the process of extraction and separation of the most effectives compounds using TLC witch it showed in the chloroform extract and the butanol extract showed that there are possibility of some Coumarines , terpenes and flavonoids. Biologically we studied the effect of many bacterials to the extracts acetate , and butanol volatile oils for two types of bacterias where that has given a medium effectives results.
