التجارة الالكترونية وأثرها على التنمية المستدامة (دراسة حالة بعض الدول العربية )

Résumé: تسعى الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى أهمیة التجارة الإلكترونیة ودورها في التنمیة المستدامة، مع التركیز على تحلیل واقعها في الدول العربیة عامة ومدى تطبیقها، وكذلك مناقشة أبرز التحدیات والمعوقات التي تواجهها في تطبیق هذه التقنیات، واستعراض أهم المجالات التي یؤمل أن تستفید من تطبیقات التجارة الإلكترونیة فیها تحقیقا لتنمیة المستدامة المنشودة. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الأهمیة البالغة لهذه الثورة المعلوماتیة وتطورها السریع، وآثارها المستقبلیة المحتملة على إعادة تشكیل الهیاكل الاقتصادیة التقلیدیة. كما أشارت البیانات والإحصاءات إلى مدى تأخر العدید من الدول العربیة في هذا المجال، وذلك من خلال استعراض المؤشرات ذات العلاقة بتقنیة المعلومات والتجارة الإلكترونیة مقارنة مع نظیراتها من الدول المتقدمة أو مقارنة بالمعاییر الدولیة. وقد أوضحت الدراسة العدید من المعوقات والتحدیات أمام العالم العربي،والتي ینبغي العمل على تذلیلها في سبیل الإفادة من تطبیقات التجارة الإلكترونیة. كما أشارت الدراسة إلى العدید من المجالات والقطاعات المختلفة التي یمكن للدول العربیة أن توظف تقنیة المعلومات والتجارة الإلكترونیة فیها تحقیقا للتنمیة المستدامة. Abstract: : The study seeks to know the importance of e-commerce and its role in sustainable development, with a focus on analyzing its reality in the Arab countries in general and the extent of its application, as well as discussing the main challenges and constraints faced in the application of these technologies, and reviewing the most important areas that will hopefully benefit from the application of e-commerce applications. Sustainable development. The results of the study showed the critical importance of this information revolution and its rapid development, and its potential future effects on the restructuring of traditional economic structures. Data and statistics also pointed to the extent of the delay of many Arab countries in this area, by reviewing indicators related to information technology and e-commerce compared with their counterparts from developed countries or compared to international standards. The study highlighted several obstacles and challenges for the Arab world, which should be addressed in order to benefit from e-commerce applications. The study also pointed to many different fields and sectors in which Arab countries can employ information technology and e-commerce in order to achieve sustainable development.
