Résumé: الملخص: يقوم المشرع الجزائري بعدة اصلاحات في المجال القضائي، خاصة بعد التعديل الدستوري الأخير 2016 الذي وضع المزيد من ضمانات دولة القانون والحريات، لذا نعالج في هذ المداخلة موضوع اثر الإصلاحات القضاء الاداري النيابة العامة لدي القضاء الاداري نموذجا، ويقتصر معالجة الموضوع على مجلس الدولة فقط على اعتباره اعلى هيئة في القضاء الاداري. إن هذه الاصلاحات التي قام بها المشرع تثير عدة نقاط قانونية نتطرق لها في المداخلة خاصة انها تخالف النظام الفرنسي الذي هو مهد القضاء الاداري. Abstract: The Algerian legislator makes several reforms in the judicial field, especially after the recent constitutional amendment 2016, which placed more guarantees of the state of law and freedoms. Therefore, we address in this intervention the issue of the reforms of the administrative judiciary. The Public Prosecution has the administrative judiciary as a model. The highest authority in the administrative judiciary. These reforms by the legislator raise several legal points that we address in the intervention, especially as they violate the French system, which is the cradle of administrative justice.
