حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية و دورها في دعم الإبداع والإبتكار بالمؤسسة الناشئة الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى إثراء موضوع حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية التي تساهم في تنمية القطاع الإقتصادي وترويـجه من خلال تشجيع الأفراد على الإبداع والإبتكار في إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة بتقديم التسهيلات والمساعدات اللآزمة لإنشائها، خصوصا القائمة على المبادرات التكنولوجية لضمان إستمراريتها ومنافستها بالمحيط الخارجي، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل كيف تساهم حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية بدعم الإبداع والإبتكار بالمؤسسات الناشئة خاصة بالإقتصاد الجزائري الذي يتميز بالفئة الشبابية الجامعية القادرة على الإبداع والريادة بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية الجزائرية بالرغم من حداثتها تقوم بدور حيوي في تنمية قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية في ظل إستراتيجية وطنية واسعة للتنمية الإقتصادية، بإستحداث إطار قانوني مرن يتوافق مع التحديات الحديثة ويسمح بإستثمار الأفكار والإبداعات المتميزة وتحويلها إلى مشاريع إقتصادية ناجحة.
