مساهمة الرياضات الجماعية في اكتساب الصفات الاجتماعية والقدرات النفسية لدى تلاميذ الرابعة متوسط

Résumé: إن الهدف الأساسي من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة العلاقة بين العوامل التنظيمية والأمن الوظيفي، والتعرف على واقع العوامل التنظيمية ومستوى الأمن الوظيفي لدى موظفي بلدية الرويسات بولاية ورقلة، كما هدفت الدراسة كذلك إلى معرفة إذا كانت هناك فروق في مستوى الأمن الوظيفي تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، المستوى الدراسي، الخبرة المهنية)، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياسين هما مقياس العوامل التنظيمية ومقياس الأمن الوظيفي، على عينة قوامها (60) موظف، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وللتحقق من فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون لمعرفة العلاقة بين المتغيرين، والمتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري لمعرفة واقع العوامل التنظيمية ومستوى الأمن الوظيفي لدى أفراد العينة، واختبار T.Testوتحليل التباين لمعرفة الفروق. وقد تمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (spss) وكانت النتائج كالتالي: - وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية هناك بين العوامل التنظيمية والأمن الوظيفي، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن واقع العوامل التنظيمية ببلدية الرويسات بولاية ورقلة، وأن درجة العوامل التنظيمية منخفضة أما مستوى الأمن الوظيفي لدى موظفي بلدية الرويسات جاءت منخفض، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة كذلك أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الموظفين تبعا لمتغير الجنس، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الموظفين تبعا لمتغيري المستوى الدراسي والخبرة المهنية. - ولقد تمت مناقشة وتفسير نتائج الدراسة في ضوء الإطار النظري ونتائج الدراسات السابقة وختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من المقترحات The main objective of this study is to know the relationship between organizational factors and job security, to identify the reality of organizational factors and the level of job security of the employees of the Municipality of Ruwaisat, Andrala, as well as to find out if there are differences in the level of job security depending on the variables of the study (sex, academic level, professional experience), and to achieve the objective of the study, two measures, namely the measure of organizational factors and the measure of job security, were applied to a sample of (60) employees, using the descriptive curriculum, and to verify The study hypotheses used the Pearson link coefficient to determine the relationship between the two variables, the arithmetic average and the standard deviation to determine the reality of regulatory factors and the level of functional security of the sample members, the T.Test test and the variance analysis to determine the differences. The data were statistically processed using the Statistical Package Program (spss) and the results were as follows: - There is a statistically significant correlation between organizational factors and job security, and the results of the study revealed that the reality of organizational factors in the municipality of Ruwaisat, The State of Wargla, and that the degree of organizational factors is low and the level of job security among the employees of the Municipality of Ruwaisat came low, and the results of the study also found that there are statistically significant differences between employees depending on the gender variable, and there are no statistically significant differences between employees depending on the variable level of study and professional experience. - The results of the study were discussed and interpreted in the light of the theoretical framework and the results of previous studies and concluded the study with a set of proposals
