أثر حوكمة الشركات في الحد من الفساد المالي و الإداري في المؤسسة الاقتصادية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر حوكمة الشركات على درجة تواجد علامات الفساد المالي والإداري في مؤسسات المساهمة العامة العمومية على مستوى تراب ولاية سعيدة. ولكي تحقق الدراسة أهدافها وفق المنهجية العلمية، تم التوطئة للبحث عبر تبين أبرز المفاهيم النظرية الخاصة بحوكمة الشركات وكذا الفساد المالي والإداري ضمن المؤسسات الاقتصادية. واستكمال ذلك بجمع ومعالجة وتحليل استبيانات حول عشر (10) شركات مساهمة عامة ضمن ولاية سعيدة، عبر البحث في توافر آليات الحوكمة فيها ودراسة أعراض الفساد وأسبابه ضمنها. وعليه، فقد توصل البحث إلى ملاحظة العلاقة العكسية بين تطبيق حوكمة الشركات والفساد المالي والإداري. This study aims to demonstrate the impact of corporate governance on the degree of financial and administrative corruption in general public shareholding institutions in the state of Saida/Algeria. In order to achieve the objectives of the study in accordance with scientific methodology, we paved the study through most prominent corporate governance theoretical concepts as well as the financial and administrative corruption within corporation and collect, treat and analyze ten (10) questionnaires about public stock companies within Saida state, via search in the availability of their governance mechanisms and study the symptoms and causes of corruption within it. Accordingly, the search has come to note the negative relationship between the application of corporate governance and financial and administrative corruption.
