تقييم أثر تطبيق نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية في الشركات البترولية دراسة حالة مديرية الإنتاج لسوناطراك بحاسي مسعود
Résumé: This study aims to assessing the impact of applying the Occupational Health And Safety Management system in the Algerian oil companies generally and the national company Sonatrach in particular, through studying the Production Directorate of Sonatrach in Hassi Massoud, during the period from 2011 to 2017. The first phase of the study was based on the analysis of the factors affecting occupational accidents (human, organizational and technical). The second one was based on defining the correlation between those factors and The Occupational Health and Safety Management System Performance(Policy, planning, implementation, control and management review)using the leading indicators,where statistical methods were used in addition to the canonical correlation analysis by usingEXCLSTAT 2018 statistical program. The results showed that the human factor is the main contributor by 53% in the number of accidents and 38% of the total lost days in the Directorate.In addition to the failure of the Occupational Health Safety Management systemin reducing the number of occupational accidents especially; accidents due non-wear of personalprotective equipment, and accidents due to the environment.
