التَّألِيفُ الفِقهي عندَ ابن مريم التِّلمسانيّ: دَوَاعِيهِ وسِمَاتُهُ
Résumé: ملخص المقال: ابنُ مريم التلمساني مُشاركٌ في علومٍ عدَّةٍ، وهو إلى جانب كونهِ مُؤرِّخًا، فقيهٌ أيضًا، لكن كانت الشهرة لابن مريم المؤرخ، شَهَّرهُ بذلك اشتهارُ كتابه «البستان في ذكر الأولياء والعلماء بِتلمسان». وَفي هَذا المقال أَتناولُ شخصيَّةَ ابنِ مريم فقيهًا، وذلكَ مِن خِلال مُؤلفاته الفقهيَّة. Ibn Maryam al-Tilimsani is a participant in many sciences, and besides being a historian, he is also a jurist, but the fame was for Ibn Maryam, the historian, who became famous for his book “The Bustan on the Remembrance of the Saints and Scientists of Tilimsan”. In this article, I take up the character of Ibn Maryam as a jurist, through his jurisprudential writings.
