الحماية الجزائية للغابات في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: إن الغابات وما لها من أهمية بالغة في حياة الإنسان بشكل خاص ، وفي النظام البيئي بشكل عام ، أوجبت وجود آليات قانونية لحمايتها من كل خطر يتهددها ، ومنه قام المشرع الجزائري بحمايتها من خلال الآليات الجزائية وذلك بمجموعة من القوانين والاتفاقيات، وحماية الغابات واجب على كل فرد وجماعة من أجل بيئة سليمة ونظيفة للأجيال القادمة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الغابات، القانون، الحماية، الجزائية، البيئة– التشريع Summary : Forests and their paramount importance in human life in particular, and in the ecosystem in general, necessitated the existence of legal mechanisms to protect them from every danger that threatens them, and from this the Algerian legislator protected them through penal mechanisms with a set of laws and agreements, and the protection of forests is a duty of every individual.
