دراسة تأثير معاملات شبكة براغ المنتظمة على تحسين الانتقائية الطيفية في الموجّهات الضوئية المدمجة تطبيق: تجويف رنين لليزر مدمج
Résumé: Integrated –optical uniform Bragg gratings is considered as an optical filter in integrated optic. The aim of this work is to study the grating uniform Bragg parameters effect on the spectral selectivity and the application of this study to a resonant cavity of an integrated Laser. This thesis consists of two parts: the first one is a study of the propagation light theory of Bragg grating by using the coupled –mode theory, the second is a reflectivity phenomenon simulation of a Bragg grating using Fortran program. This program was validating by a comparison with published works, the results obtained are satisfactory. Our program will be utile on optoelectronics: realization of Bragg grating with a specific selectivity have specific wavelength
