أثر حجم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي على الأهداف الوسيطة للسياسة النقدية في الجزائر -دراسة قياسية تحليلية خلال الفترة (2000-2017)-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل اثر حجم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي على الأهداف الوسيطة للسياسة النقدية في الجزائر والتي تعتبر من أهم المؤشرات النقدية، وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى المنهج الكمي لقياس اثر حجم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي على الأهداف الوسيطة للسياسة النقدية باستعمال مجموعة من النماذج القياسية (ECM٫ ARDL) بالاستعانة ببرنامج Eviews 10. وتوصلت الدراسة القياسية إلى أن حجم الاقتصاد غير الرسمي في الجزائر له أثار سلبية على هذه الأهداف ما عدا سعر الفائدة الحقيقي الذي لم يتأثر بوجود هذا النوع من الاقتصاد سواء في الأجل القصير أو الطويل. The study aimed to measure and analyze the impact of the size of the informal economy on the intermediate objectives of monetary policy in Algeria , which is considered one of the most important moneraty indicators, based on the descriptive approach and the analytical appoach, in addition to the quantitative approach to measure the impact of the size of the informal economy on the intermediate objectives of monetary policy using a set of standard forms (ECM, ARDL) using Eviews 10. The study concluded that the size of the informal economy in Algeria has negative effects on these goals, except for the real interest rate, which was not effected by the existence of this type of economy, whether in the short or long term
