الإعلام والثقافة والعولمة دراسة تحليلية للمكون اللغوي في المنظومة الثقافية والإعلامية العربية

Résumé: إن عولمة المسألة الثقافية في مكونها الإعلامي والاتصالي، وما يتبعها من مظاهر التأثير والهيمنة قد شغلت حيزا هاما من الجدل الفكري والسياسي منذ سبعينات القرن الماضي وثمانيناته إلى يومنا هذا. حيث ازدادت حدة النقاش والجدال في هذه الألفية الثالثة حول ثقافة الميديا، وخاصة عند ظهور ما يعرف بفكر إعلام ما بعد الحداثة. وتتعرض اللغة العربية كأبرز مكونات الثقافة العربية في ظل العولمة وثورة المعلومات لحركة تهميش نشطة بفعل الضغوط الهائلة الناجمة عن طغيان اللغة الإنجليزية على الصعيد السياسي والاقتصادي والتكنولوجي والمعلوماتي.ومن أجل ذلك سوف نتعرض بنوع من التفصيل إلى كل من مفهوم الإعلام والثقافة في ظل الهيمنة العالمية وموقع الهوية اللغوية العربية كأبرز مكونات المنظومة الثقافية العربية من ذلك؟ Summary The globalization of the cultural issue in its media and communication component, and its manifestations of influence and domination, has occupied an important area of intellectual and political debate since the 1970s and 1980s to this day.
