Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر مجلس حقوق الإنسان من الآليات الهامة لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة في مجال حماية حقوق الإنسان، حيث تم من خلاله تلافي السلبيات المسجلة على عمل لجنة حقوق الإنسان، التي حل محلها. وللمجلس دور هام في حماية الأقليات المسلمة، تجسد من خلال عمل المؤسسات الموجودة فيه، والتي تكمن مهمتها الأساسية في رصد انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان ومعالجتها، وتقديم التوصيات بشأنها ومن هذه المؤسسات نجد آلية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، اللجنة الاستشارية لمجلس حقوق الإنسان... الكلمات المفتاحية: الأقليات المسلمة، مجلس حقوق الإنسان، الحقوق، الحريات، التوصيات Abstract: The HumanRights Council is one of the important mechanisms of the United Nations in the field of humanrights protection, throughwhich the negativesrecorded on the work of the HumanRights Commission, whichitreplaced, wereavoided.
