Résumé: يعتبر موضوع التأليف الديني من الموضوعات التي لقيت اهتماما بالغا لدى الفقهاء المالكية خلال الفترة العثمانية نظرا للأوضاع المزرية التي شهدها المجتمع الجزائري خلال تلك الفترة من انحلال فكري وانتشار للعادات السيئة التي ألصقت بالدين. ولذلك انشغل معظم الفقهاء في كتابة العديد من الكتب ذات الطابع الديني بهدف مخاطبة العقول وتصفيتها من الخرافات والبدع ومن أهم هؤلاء الفقهاء نجد الفقيه المالكي عبد الكريم الفكون. The subject of religious authorship is one of the topics that received great attention from Maliki scholars during the Ottoman period, owing to the dire conditions in Algerian society during that period such as the intellectual decay and the spread of bad customs that have been attached to religion. Most scholars were therefore engaged in writing several books of a religious nature with a view to addressing minds and eliminating superstition and heresy. One of the most important of these scholars is Al-Fakih Al-Maliki Abd Al-Karim Al- Fakun
