دور دعم المبادرات المقاولاتية في تقليص البطالة بولاية المسيلة: دراسة حالة Ansej المسيلة خلال الفترة (2015-2019)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور دعم المبادرات المقاولاتية في تقليص البطالة بولاية المسيلة من خلال دراسة حالة جهاز ANSEJ خلال الفترة 2015-2019، من خلال عرض وتحليل مختلف الإحصائيات الخاصة بالبطالة والتشغيل، وكذا إحصائيات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومختلف آليات دعم المبادرات المقاولاتية بالولاية، مع مقارنتها بإحصائيات وكالة ANSEJ؛ وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مساهمة آليات دعم المبادرات المقاولاتية في التشغيل ضعيفة، كما هو الحال بوكالة ANSEJ، ومن ثم فإن مساهمتها ضعيفة في تقليص البطالة بولاية المسيلة. This study aims to highlight the role of supporting entrepreneurial initiatives in reducing unemployment in the State of M'sila, through the case study of ANSEJ during the period 2015-2019, by presenting and analyzing various statistics about unemployment and employment, as well as the statistics of small and medium enterprises and the various mechanisms of support for entrepreneurial initiatives in the state, Comparing it with the statistics of ANSEJ; The study concluded that the contribution of the mechanisms to support entrepreneurial initiatives in employment is weak, as is the case with ANSEJ; thus, its contribution is weak in reducing unemployment in the state of M'sila.
