الصدمات النفطية وانعكاساتها على استراتيجيات التنمية الصناعية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى إبراز أثر الصدمات النفطية وانعكاساتها على محتوى وتوجهات استراتيجيات التنمية الصناعية في الجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الصدمات النفطية كانت ولا تزال تشكل نقاط تحول في مسار التنمية الصناعية في الجزائر، بما لها من دور في تغيير محتوى وأهداف استراتيجيات التصنيع. كما تم التوصل أيضا، إلى أن استراتيجيات التصنيع المعتمدة، على كثرتها وتنوع أهدافها، لم تؤتي ثمارها، وهو ما يؤكد أن المشكل لا يكمن في غياب البرامج والسياسات الصناعية، بقدر ما يكمن في غياب الإرادة الحقيقية السياسية، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، في تنفيذ تلك البرامج وتجسيدها على أرض الواقع. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the impact of the oil shocks and their repercussions on the content and trends of industrial development strategies in Algeria It was concluded that the oil shocks were and always remain turning points in the course of industrial development in Algeria, given their impacts on the content and objectives of industrialization strategies. It was also concluded that the industrialization strategies adopted, despite their multiplicity and diversity of their objectives, did not pay off Confirming that the problem in Algeria did not lie in the absence of programs and industrial policies, as much as it lies in the absence of a real political, economic and social will, in the implementation of these programs and their concretization on the ground.
