أثر تغير معدل إعادة الخصم والكتلة النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي الجزائري، دراسة قياسية للفترة 2000-2017

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين كلا من معدل إعادة الخصم للبنك المركزي ، الكتلة النقدية M2، ومعدل النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر وقياس ومعرفة طبيعة وأثر تغير كلا من معدل إعادة الخصم و الكتلة النقدية M2 على معدل النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة 2000-2017. وذلك من خلال بناء نموذج انحدار متعدد لقيم متغيرات الدراسة. وقد كان من أبرز النتائج التي تحصلنا عليها في هذه الدراسة أنه هناك شبه استقرار في معدل إعادة الخصم التي يفرضها بنك الجزائر على البنوك العاملة بمعدلات 4 % و 3.5 % خلال الفترة 2000-2017، و اتجاه عام نحو الارتفاع واتساع في الكتلة النقدية M2 خلال السنوات 2000-2017، بينما لاحظنا تذبذبا في معدل النمو الاقتصادي ما بين التباطؤ والارتفاع الطفيف خلال الفترة 2000-2017، كما توصلت النتائج القياسية للدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وأثر عكسي وسالب ذو دلالة إحصائية لمعدل إعادة الخصم و الكتلة النقدية M2 على معدل النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2017. This study aims to determine the the relationship nature between the central bank's discount rate, the monetary mass M2, and the economic growth rate in Algeria. measuring and knowing the nature and effect of the change in both the discount rate and the monetary mass M2 on the economic growth rate in Algeria for the period 2000-2017. This done by building a multiple regression model with the values of the study variables. One of the most prominent results we obtained in this study was that there is a quasi-stability in the discount rate imposed by the Bank of Algeria on banks operating in Algeria, at rates of 4% and 3.5% during the period 2000-2017. and a general trend towards an increase and an expansion in the monetary mass M2 during the years 2000-2017. while we noticed a fluctuation in the rate of economic growth between slowdown and slight increase during the period 2000-2017. The standard results of the study found a correlation and an adverse and negative statistically significant effect of the discount rate and the monetary mass M2 on the economic growth rate in Algeria During the period 2000-2017.
