أثر التحول الرقمي على الحوكمة في شركات التأمين: دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين Saa

Résumé: من خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول التطرق الى أثر التحول الرقمي على الحوكمة داخل شركات التأمين، من خلال التركيز على عدة جوانب بما في ذلك الشفافية، إدارة المخاطر، اتخاذ القرارات، الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح، والتفاعل مع المؤمن لهم، باستخدام استبيان منظم تم توزيعه على المديرين ورؤساء الأقسام في مختلف وكالات الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA وحلل باستخدام IBM SPSS 27. تؤكد النتائج أن التحول الرقمي يعزز بشكل كبير عمليات إدارة المخاطر، ويحسن دقة اتخاذ القرارات، ويضمن امتثالًا أفضل للأطر التنظيمية، ويعزز التفاعل مع المؤمن لهم. ومع ذلك، تكشف الدراسة أن التحول الرقمي لا يؤثر بشكل كبير على الشفافية، كما تؤكد هذه الدراسة على الدور البارز للتحول الرقمي في إعادة تنظيم هياكل الحوكمة، وتبرز ضرورة تبني إستراتيجيات لتحسين الشفافية بالتزامن مع جوانب الحوكمة الأخرى. In This study, We Will attempt to address the impact of digital transformation on governance within insurance companies by focusing on several aspects, including transparency, risk management, decision-making, compliance with laws and regulations, and customer interaction. The study utilized a structured questionnaire, which was distributed to managers and department heads in various agencies of the National Insurance Company SAA, and the data was analyzed using IBM SPSS 27. The findings confirm that digital transformation significantly enhances risk management processes, improves decision-making accuracy, ensures better compliance with regulatory frameworks, and strengthens customer interaction. However, the study reveals that digital transformation does not have a significant impact on transparency. This study underscores the prominent role of digital transformation in reorganizing governance structures and underscore the need to adopt strategies to improve transparency alongside other governance aspects.
