دور القــطاع غير الرســمي في التـنــمـية الحضــرية .

Résumé: تتطلب التنمية الحضرية تعبئة و تجنيد كافة الموارد المادية و البشرية المتاحة في المجتمع و التكامل بين قطاعات المجتمع المختلفة،و يمثل القطاع غير الرسمي تنظيما اقتصاديا متكاملا و له قوة هائلة من الناحية الإنتاجية و الاقتصادية في تنمية المجتمع الحضري،لذا تزايد الاهتمام العالمي بدراسة الوسائل اللازمة لتنمية دور القطاع غير الرسمي و زيادة تأكيده في المناطق الحضرية،أملا في أن يسهم بدور يعتمد به في حل المشكلات المعينة في الدول النامية،و كان لابد أن تتباين الطموحات المعلقة على هذا القطاع من دولة لأخرى تبعا للواقع الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي التي تتميز به و تعايشه كل منها و نطمح من خلال هذا المقال إلى بيان دور القطاع غير الرسمي في التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية للمجتمع الجزائري عامة و للمجتمع الحضري على وجه الخصوص. Abstract : Urban development requires the mobilization and recruitment of all material and human resources available in the community and integration between different sectors of society, and the informal sector represents economically structured integrated and has a great power of the productivity and economic in the urban development of society, so increasing global interest in the study means necessary for the development of the role of the informal sector and increased emphasis in urban areas, hoping to contribute to the role of support in solving specific problems in developing countries, and it was necessary that the ambitions attached to this sector of the country to another vary, according to economic reality and social which is characterized by and coexistence each of them and hope that through this article to indicate the role of the informal sector in economic and social development of Algerian society in general and for the urban community in particular.
