أثر إدارة المعرفة على جودة الحياة الوظيفية -دراسة حالة بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بالدبيلة -
Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي لإدارة المعرفة و جودة الحياة الوظيفية ، واثر إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمؤسسة الصحة الجوارية بالدبيلة، واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يتلاءم مع طبيعة الدراسة ،وتمثل مجتمع الدارسة من المؤسسة بجميع فروعها البالغ عددهم( 440) ، وزعت الاستبانة على إفراد عينة عشوائية تتكون من 107 عاملا تم إرجاع 103 وكنت 102 صالحة ، تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامجssps)) لاختبار صحة فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لعملية إدارة المعرفة على جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05، إذ إن هناك علاقة ارتباط قوية بين هذين المتغيرين بلغت نسبة ( 77.4% ) من التغيرات الحاصلة في جودة الحياة الوظيفية بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الحوارية الدبيلة ،ويرجع هذا الأثر إلى تأثير أبعاد إدارة المعرفة في تحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية وعلى أساس تلك النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الاقتراحات التي تدعم تبني المؤسسات الصحية لإدارة المعرفة كسبیل لتحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية . "" The aim of this study is to introduce concept of quality of work life to knowledge management and the impact of quality of work life in the debila hospital . The two researchers used the analytical descriptive method. Doing that through questionnaire as a tool for data collection after this questionnaire had been tested satisfactorily for validity and reliability by proper scientific methods . The study population consisted of all 440 ,the study simple was random estimated of the employees,107questionnaires were distributed ,of which 103 were returned, of which 102 were valid, and SPSS was used for data analysis, This study concludes number of important: -There is a relationship with statistical significant between quality of work life and knowledge management . This is positive correlation between this two variables consisted (77.4%) from changes in quality of work life in hospital. The impact of knowledge management processes(diagnosis knowledge, knowledge generation, knowledge storage, application of knowledge) on the quality of work life. "
