الفوائد المستنبطة من اختلاف نسخ وروايات القاضي عياض على صحيح مسلم من خلال شرحه إكمال المعلم. -دراسة تطبيقية على المقدمة وكتاب الإيمان-

Résumé: يدور موضوع المقال على عالم محدّث مالكي من علماء المغرب الإسلامي، خدم صحيح مسلم خدمة لم يستغن عنها كل من جاء بعده، وهو القاضي عياض في كتابه: "شرح المعلم بفوائد مسلم"، وإن كان يظهر جليّا من خلال اسم الكتاب أنّه شرح يخدم كتاب: المعلم للإمام المازري، إلاّ أنّ القاضي عياض استقلّ بفوائد، وفرائد، ونكت ليست في كتاب المعلم؛ بل خدمه وخدم صحيح مسلم رواية ودراية، وكانت لأسانيده المتّصلة عن شيوخه الّتي حضي بها في رواية صحيح مسلم كبير فائدة في إكماله على المعلم. وهذا المقال يتناول جانب روايات ونسخ الإمام القاضي عياض عن شيوخه على صحيح مسلم، استخراجا واستنباطا لفوائده، فقد حقّق برواياته ونسخه صحيح مسلم، ورجّح وصحّح ألفاظه، وهذّب واستدرك على شرح المازري، وقارن بين أبرز روايتين للمشارقة والمغاربة على الصّحيح. The subject of the article is a modernist scientist who is an Islamic Moroccan scholar, who served Saleh a Muslim service for which not all those who came after him, Judge Ayyyad, served in his book: "The teacher explained the benefits of a Muslim", although he clearly showed through the name that he explained the teacher's book to the imam of the Mazri, but Judge Ayyyad boarded with benefits, pioneers and jokes not in the teacher's book, but in his service and served true Muslim narrative and know-how. This article deals with Imam Qadi Ayyyad's accounts and copies of his elders in Muslim terms, extracting and deducing its benefits. He has achieved his accounts and copies in Muslim terms, weighing and correcting his words, lying and lying on Mazri's explanation, and comparing the two most prominent accounts of irony and Morocco to the truth.
